Levante 90 is a sparkling white wine produced by Podere Cipolla Winery vinified with a blend of Malvasia di Candia, Spergola, and Moscato grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration on the skins for approximately 4-5 days. Subsequently, it undergoes refermentation in the bottle using the ancestral method without disgorgement (sur lies). No filtration, stabilization, or clarification.
