BucceEnergia is an orange wine from the Dinamo Agricultural Project by Danilo Marcucci, 100% Malvasia, spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 90 days, followed by aging in steel for 6 months. No addition of sulphites and no filtering or clarification.
