If the item is not available, Vini Sud Shop will provide the item from other stores and time will slightly be delayed. Bing Bang of the Robb De Matt Winery is a white refermented wine from Falanghina 70% and Coda di pecora 30%, spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts without temperature control, the skins remain in contact for 7 days in open vats, aging for 5 months in steel, no filtration, no added sulphites. Second fermentation at the end of February 2020 with white must and a small part of red must.
