Rosso is a red wine produced from local red berried grapes of Montepulciano and Trebbiano by Ruvido Winery. Hand de-stemmed grapes, maceration for 5 days, after pressing the fermentation occurs spontaneously without skins. Aging in fiberglass, without any racking, no filtration, no added yeast.
