Catarratto Mosso is a sparkling white wine produced by Sergio Drago Winery with 100 % Catarrato grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in stainless steel for approximately 6 months. The refermentation in the bottle is achieved by adding frozen must from the same wine.
