‘l Bianco of Tiberi Winery is produced with Trebbiano and Grechetto grapes, hand-harvested and directly put into the press. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats. A couple of decanting are made following the phases of the moon. In the late Spring the wine is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering., any use chemicals either in the vineyard or in the winery.
