L’Rosso of Tiberi Winery is a red wine, from Gamay and Ciliegiolo red grapes, hand-harvested in small boxes. Four days of maceration on the skins with manual pressing. After the press, the wine is aged in stainless steel vats with a couple of decanting following the phase of the moon.. in Spring, it is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering.
