Arbolle is a sparkling white wine produced by Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery with 100% Trebbiano Umbro grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and is then aged in steel tanks for about 8 months on the fine lees. In the following spring, it undergoes refermentation in the bottle with the addition of frozen must from the same wine, aging for 5 months in the bottle at the bottom of an artesian well, which is 23 meters deep and submerged under an average water level of 6 meters.
