Acqua della Serpa is a white an orange wine produced by Annesanti Winery from Grechetto 20%, Malvasia 20%, Pecorino 20%, Trebbiano 20% and other local grapes, maceration on skin for only a part of grapes, maceration on skin for 10 months in amphora and other 4 months in demijohn, no sulphite added and no filtration.
