Mons Roni Cannitum is a white wine produced by Giara Winery. The wine is produced with organic Verdeca 60%, Malvasia 30% and Moscato 10% grapes, 6/8 days of maceration on skin. Native yeast, no herbicides, no treatments with chemical and/or synthetic fertilizers, pesticide treatments limited to low doses of copper and sulphur.
