Cardin by Cantina Cascina Roera is a red wine produced from Barbera grapes (85%) and Nebbiolo grapes (15%). Spontaneous fermentation with the skins for at least 60 days, followed by aging for 36 months in wooden barrels and 24 months in bottle.
