Altro from the Cèdric Perraud winery is a red wine produced from a blend of all the grapes present in the old vineyards such as Grenache, Cesanese and Nerello, together with white grapes. Maceration on the skins for 10 days, spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel for 10 months.
