Alma Frizzante Col Fondo is a dive into the past, a sensory journey that recalls the Prosecco found in Venetian and Friulian taverns before the advent of autoclaves. A white sparkling wine, fruity and floral, with a slender yet full body, fresh and mineral, with no residual sugar. The historical blend based on Glera with Bianchetta Trevigiana and Prosecco Lungo undergoes a short maceration of 2-3 days using only free-run must, followed by a year of aging before spontaneous re-fermentation in the bottle with must from the following harvest. The result is an authentic, alive, and vibrant wine that carries the soul of the Treviso Prealps.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, hazy due to the presence of suspended yeasts. Fine and lively perlage that rises continuously and playfully.
- Nose: The olfactory profile is fruity and floral. Notes of green apple, pear, citrus, wild flowers emerge, along with a background of aromatic herbs. The presence of yeasts provides delicate hints of bread dough and freshly baked bread crust.
- Palate: The entry is slender yet full, with a vibrant freshness that supports the sip. The structure is well-balanced, with a minerality that emerges sharp and clean. The finish is long and persistent, with citrus echoes and a savory closure that invites the next sip. A wine of great drinkability and authenticity, with no residual sugar.
Why choose it
Because it is the Prosecco of yesteryear, the real one. Because it has 13 mg/L of SO2, a level so low it is almost imperceptible. Because it is slender yet full, fresh yet structured, mineral yet fruity. It is for those seeking authenticity, for those who want to rediscover lost flavors, for those who do not settle for trends but want to drink history. A wine that is a journey through time, in a glass.
