Milù is the most refined and soft expression of the San Lorenzo territory, a still white wine that combines citrus freshness with mineral complexity. Born from a blend that intertwines Bianchetta Trevigiana, Malvasia Istriana, and Riesling Renano, this wine represents the most elegant and structured face of the Treviso Prealps. Fruity, citrusy, and medium-bodied, it offers an enveloping sip of great personality. 2-3 days of maceration using only free-run must, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration. The result is a wine that keeps its vital energy intact, with just 22 mg/L of SO2. Pure, mineral, elegant.

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and luminous.
  • Nose: The olfactory profile is fruity and citrusy. Notes of green apple, pear, lemon zest, grapefruit, and white flowers emerge. The Malvasia Istriana provides a slight aromatic note, while the Riesling Renano adds a subtle mineral vein. An elegant and refined bouquet.
  • Palate: The entry is soft and enveloping, with a well-balanced medium body. Minerality is the protagonist and supports the sip with elegance, offering a freshness that is never aggressive. The finish is long and persistent, with citrus echoes and a savory closure of great cleanliness. A white of rare elegance and drinkability.

Recommended Pairings

Perfect with refined fish appetizers, sea bass or sea bream carpaccio, raw seafood, and oysters. Also ideal with fresh goat cheeses, grilled vegetables, and dishes based on aromatic herbs. Excellent as an aperitif wine for those seeking elegance and depth. A versatile white, suitable for moments of refined conviviality.

Why choose it

Because it is a white wine of rare elegance and minerality. Because it combines the softness of Bianchetta Trevigiana with the aromatic complexity of Malvasia Istriana and the tension of Riesling Renano. It is for those looking for a white that can be simultaneously soft and mineral, fruity and citrusy, elegant and deep. A wine that tells the story of the Prealps with a quiet but powerful voice.
