Burbero is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Merlot grapes grown in the hills and grown on trellises as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. No yeasts are added except those derived from grapes and from the cellar. 10 days of maceration on the skin and other 8 months in fiber glass tank.
