Prodigo, white wine from the Collecapretta winery, white wine obtained from the recovery of vines of ancient Umbrian tradition. After harvesting, the skins and must were immediately separated. After the fermentations, the wine was aged in a very small fiberglass barrel; it underwent a couple of rackings, one after fermentation and one at the end of January. All cellar practices were carried out in full respect of nature and the lunar cycles.
