Rosso Della Staffa of Conestabile della Staffa Winery is a red wine made from Canaiolo , Sagrantino , Sangiovese grapes, hand-harvested and directly put into the press. The wine is macerated on the skin for 10 days and aged in fiberglass barrels without adding sulphites and without filtering.
