La Mer qu’on voit danser of the Domaine de La Fessardière winery white wine produced from Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet) grapes with short maceration on the skins for 12 hours without adding sulfur, subsequent aging for half of the mass in large barrels on the fine lees to at least 9 months, no filtration or clarification.
