Notti Stellate is a red wine produced by Etnella Winery, the sheer altitude of the vineyard on the volcano Etna brings you closer to the sky itself, allowing you to see the plethora of stars. Vinified with local grapes of 85% nerello mascalese, 10% nerello cappuccio, 5% various indigenous red varieties from vines 70 years old.
