Arcano white wine produced by Giovanni Iannucci winery from 100% Fiano grapes; once harvested and pressed, they undergo maceration for 12 hours, the duration of which varies according to the vintage. Totally spontaneous fermentation without any addition of selected yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging on the fine lees.
