I Forestieri of the Cantina Forestieri red wine produced from Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, the fermentation is carried out
in amphora with maceration for 4 months with a part of the whole bunch, then refinement proceeds for another 2 months in the same container, subsequently in the bottle for another 10 months.
