Bianco Vermentino is a orange wine produced by I Mandorli Winery with 100% Vermentino grapes. This wine is the result of a blend of two different vinifications of grapes from the north-facing vineyard plot: the grapes from the older vines are vinified on their skins in Tava amphorae, while those from the younger vines undergo a brief maceration on skins with aging in vitrified concrete tanks. The two batches are blended together before bottling.
