Capanacce Bianco from the Cantina Il Vinco is an orange wine produced from Procanico grapes grown in the municipality of Montefiascone. The grapes undergo maceration for 21 days on the skins, spontaneous fermentation without temperature control, aging in chestnut barrels for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle.
