Passione from Cantina di Enza winery is a red wine belonging to the Taurasi DOCG denomination, it is produced from Aglianico grapes harvested late around the first ten days of November. The grapes undergo a long maceration on the skins, then the wine is aged for a total of 24 months, 12 of which in large chestnut barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
