Padre della Cantina di Enza is a red wine belonging to the Taurasi DOCG denomination, it is produced from Aglianico grapes harvested late around the first ten days of November. The grapes undergo a long maceration on the skins, then the wine is aged for a total of 36 months, 12 of which in large chestnut barrels, 12 months in exhausted oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
