Ambaradan is a sparkling white wine produced by the Cantina La Via del Colle, a wine refermented in the bottle as Pet-Nat style produced from 80% Trebbiano and 20% Albana grapes, maceration on the skins for 2 days and aging in steel for 3 months, bottled with 2gr of residual sugars that favor the refermentation.
