Lo Stravagante is a red sparkling wine produced by Laiolo Reginin with exclusively Barbera grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration on skins for 1 day, bottle refermentation using the Classico Method and aging on the lees for 36 months before disgorgement, followed by an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle.
