Bifaro Rosso is a red wine produced by Cantina Le Quattro Volte with blend of Malvasia, Magliocco, Guarnaccino Nero, and Greco Nero grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on skins for approximately 72 hours, aging for a few months in stainless steel and fiberglass. No clarification or filtration.
