Les Bulles is a sparkling white wine produced by Léo Dirringer Winery with blend of Muscat, Riesling, and Sylvaner grapes. It undergoes spontaneous bottle refermentation with the Ancestral Method until the following spring after the harvest, using its own yeasts, before being disgorged. There is no filtration or clarification, and no sulfur is added.
