La Virose from Domaine Léo Dirringer is a skin-contact white wine made from Gewurztraminer and a small portion of Pinot Gris. The wine undergoes 4 days of skin maceration with spontaneous fermentation, followed by 8 months of aging on the lees in steel. It is bottled without clarification or filtration.
