Fleur de Peau from Domaine Léo Dirringer is a skin-contact white wine made from Riesling grapes. The wine undergoes 10 days of skin maceration with spontaneous fermentation, followed by 13 months of aging on the lees in old oak foudres (large Alsatian barrels). It is then transferred and bottled without clarification or filtration.
