If the item is not available, Vini Sud Shop will provide the item from other stores and time will slightly be delayed. Tristo white macerated wine by winemaker Marco Merli is made from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. It undergoes whole cluster maceration in a CO2-saturated environment for 8 days, followed by aerobic fermentation on the skins for 12 days in small 10-hectoliter PVC vats. 30% of the wine completes fermentation and matures in oak tonneaux, while the rest ages in stainless steel. The two batches are blended in the spring before bottling in May.
