Impiccione is a red wine by Migliosi Winery produced with a blend of 50% Sangiovese grapes, 30% Merlot grapes, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After destemming and gentle pressing with maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, subsequent aging period of 9 months in steel, 9 months in first-passage oak barrels, and 9 months in first-passage tonneaux.
