Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero 18/24 is a sparkling wine produced Cantina Montenigo with exclusively from Corvina grapes, spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphora. The sparkling process is achieved through the addition of must from dried Corvina grapes. Aging in the bottle for at least 24 months before disgorging. It is unfiltered, vintage-dated, zero dosage, and without added sulfites.
