Blanc de Blancs 60 Lune from Cantina Nicola Gatta is a sparkling wine produced using the Classic Method, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with the addition of reserve wines stored in cement tanks. It is aged on the lees for 60 moons (months) before disgorgement. There is no filtration or clarification, and no sulfites are added.
