La Ciuccia vino rosato della Cantina Petracavallo viene prodotto da uve Montepulciano, subisce una macerazione su bucce per qualche ora, pressatura dolce verticale e manuale di uva diraspata, nessun lievito aggiunto, fermentazione libera in acciaio a temperatura di cantina, a fine fermentazione alcolica (10/15 gg) sistemazione in botte (acciaio 10 ql) e successivi travasi sino all’imbottigliamento finale.

La Ciuccia is a rosé wine of the Petracavallo winery is produced from Montepulciano grapes, undergoes maceration on the skins for a few hours, gentle vertical and manual pressing of the destemmed grapes, no added yeast, free fermentation in steel at cellar temperature, at the end of the alcoholic fermentation (10 /15 days) placing in barrels (steel 10 ql) and subsequent decanting until final bottling.
