Sine Felle Ambrato, a macerated white wine from Cantina Podere Casaccia, is vinified using Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Vermentino grapes. The two grape varieties are harvested and vinified together at the same time, undergoing a maceration of about 9 months on the skins. Initially, daily pump-overs and punch-downs are performed to increase body and extract polyphenols. Finally, it is aged for 6 months in barrique.
