Micidiale sparkling rosé wine from Cantina Poggio Cagnano, produced from Alicante grapes sourced from the highest vineyard of the estate using the pet nat method. The grapes undergo a short maceration for 4 hours, followed by direct pressing, and the wine is bottled before the end of fermentation.
