Collepazzo is a red wine from Cantina Riccardi Reale, named after the hill from which pure Cesanese di Affile grapes are harvested. These grapes are the result of a blend from different soils, volcanic and sandstone. Fermentation is spontaneous without chemical additives, followed by 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in the bottle.
