Tucuca is a rosé wine from Cantina Riccardi Reale, made from pure Cesanese di Affile grapes. These grapes come from white sandstone soils dating back to the Cretaceous period. Fermentation is spontaneous without chemical additives, followed by 5 months of aging in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle.
