Grés Riesling is a white wine produced by Tenuta Belvedere Winery with 100% Riesling grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 1 week, aging with a triple passage: 12 months in 500-liter acacia tonneaux, 10 months in amphora, and then an additional 30 months in the bottle.
