Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is a sparkling wine produced by Tenuta Belvedere Winery with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Spontaneous fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel tanks, refermented in the bottle using the Classic Method, aging on the lees for 52 months. No additions after disgorgement, making it a Pas Dosé style.
