Pistarello of Tiberi Winery is an orange wine vinified with with Trebbiano, Grechetto and Verdello local grapes, maceration on skin for 14 days, 6 months in fiberglass tanks. A couple of decanting are made following the phases of the moon. In the late Spring the wine is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering, any use chemicals either in the vineyard or in the winery.
