Cirò Riserva from Cantina ‘A Vita is made from organically grown Gaglioppo grapes. The grapes undergo a 20-day maceration with the skins, and only the free-run must is used. The wine ferments spontaneously and is aged for 5 years in 2,000-liter oak barrels.
