Triglia from Agricola Sette, a rosé wine made from Barbera grapes from the youngest vineyards on the deepest soils. Variable maceration depending on the vintage, more akin to a cerasuolo than a rosé. It matures in a steel tank outside the cellar until March, to be bottled in early April.
