Barbera d’Asti is a red wine produced by Agricola Sette Winery made from Barbera grapes, maceration on the skins for 10 days, aging 8 months in concrete tanks.

Gian Luca Colombo, young winemaker and former owner of the Segni di Langa winery, and Gino Della Porta, marketing and communication consultant with great experience and even greater inspiration, together with Gregorio Gitti have created a company of five and a half hectares from scratch that produces exclusively Barbera d’Asti and Nizza. The wine is made in Monforte d’Alba (Castelletto hamlet) where Gregorio Gitti’s Castello di Perno operates. 2017 was the first harvest, 5 hectares, cultivated almost exclusively with Barbera, with 5,000 meters of Muscat. The cultivation is in organic certification from the beginning because the very specific choice is to move in the field, as well as in the cellar, with little chemical and physical intervention.
