Riccio red wine from Agricola Sette produced from Grignolino grapes originating from two very small plots on sandy soil, in the heart of the historic area on the hills around Asti. 15 days of maceration, extremely delicate and soft, without aiming to extract excessively, preferring aromatic harmony over structure. Final fermentation and refinement in 7.5hl Tava amphorae until late spring, bottled in May and left in the bottle until the end of summer.
