Sgorbiu is a pink wine produced by Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery with 80% indigenous Umbrian red grapes, and 20% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca Lunga grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 10% of the whole red grapes in maceration, subsequent maceration on the skins for 10 days, aging in steel for about 6 months on its fine lees. No filtration or clarification.
