Mina is a red wine produced by Cantina Ca Foracaime with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Marcelant grapes, sourced from century-old vines located in Pinell de Brai, spontaneous fermentation with a skin maceration period of approximately 12 days to thoroughly integrate the aromas of the various grape varieties aging for in stainless steel for 4 months.
