Brioso Bianco of Conestabile della Staffa Winery is a sparkling white wine made from Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes, hand-harvested and directly put into the press. The wine is aged in fiberglass barrels until refermentation in bottle, is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering.
